What are the periods of
orders fulfilment?
They are usually about two weeks. But they
depend on the presence of materials, complexity
and the needed quantity of items, factory load
(before the New Year all orders are fulfiled 2 - 3
times longer). For urgent orders (up to 3 days)
the cost of items is 1,5 - 2 times higher.

I want to buy some of your items.
How can I do it without filling out the form?
At the moment our items can not be bought in shops
because we work mostly on order.
We usually have a number of our main items in our office -

There are prices for 10 pcs and more in
the pricelist.
Is it possible to order only one item and what
will the price be?
Yes, it is possible. If the desired item
slightly differs from the standart item,
then the price will be the same (or nearly the same)
as the price of respective standart item (in the first
column). However if an essential alteration is needed
then the price will be calculated as the price of
creating a new item and can be 1,5 - 2,5 times
higher than the price of the similar standart item.
In such cases fulfilment periods are specially stipulated.

When should I pay for the work?
To start the fulfilment of your order
you have to pay in 50% pre-payment.
You can take your offer only after making 100%
payment. You may check the quality of items
before paying in.

What is the roubles exchange rate?
Official Central Bank exchange rate on the payment day + 3%.

Do you give your products
for realization?
Only on the security of 150% cost.

How much does stamping cost?
If you bring your own stamp, we will make
one free impression on every item.
However if you do not have your own stamp and
we also don't then the price for the stamping will
be equal to the price of the stamp.

How much does the making of the stamp cost?
The cost of stamp depends on many factors:
material (zinc, magnesium, copper, brass), the size and complexity
of the image etc. Zinc stamp is usually sufficient for foil stamping.
It costs about $20 ($0.3 per square cm). Brass stamps are usually
used for blind stamping. It costs about $50 ($2.0 per square cm).
To calculate the exact cost of the stamp you have to fax or e-mail
us the image of the tissue according to the
requirements.

Are there any requirements

It must be presented on a floppy or by
e-mail.
The file must be in Corel Draw 11.0 or Adobe Illustrator
format. Rasters are not allowed. The image must be
black and white (black regions will be pressed out
during blind stamping or will become "gold"/"silver" during
foil stamping), all fonts must be converted to curves,
all contours must be reserved and not crossed.
Minimum line thickness and minimum distance between lines
should be not less than 0,25 mm. Scale - 1:1.
Indicate the gabarite sizes, please. If you can't meet all
our requirements - send all you have. In that case the cost
will be $20 higher.

Why are the prices of your items
so high?
Of course you can find cheap leather
products similar to our items. In most cases it is
the production of South-East Asia large factories.
If you're satisfied with their quality - that's great.
But if you want to alterate something - you will most
likely fail to book an order on that factories.
DEKO is able to satisfy your needs but because
of handwork prevalence our prices are a little
bit higher. But our quality and flexibility help
us to successfully compete with large factories.
That is what attracts our clients.

Why are the prices so low?
We've always tried to attain to the best
producers of Italy and Germany and to adopt their
experience. And though the materials are more
expensive for us than for European producers, the
cost of handwork in Russia is much lower. That is
why we can set lower prices than European producers
while the quality of our items is not lower in anyway.
